Meetwise Pro
A credit-card-sized recorder for meetings around a table and for phone calls. One press captures the conversation; the audio syncs to Meetwise and comes back as a transcript, a summary and action items.
Important customer conversations happen around a table, while travelling and over the phone. A recorder the size of a credit card captures those settings without a meeting bot in the room or a laptop open on the table.
Hardware does not replace consent. You stay responsible for telling participants what is being recorded, and the recording only starts when you press the button.
The Meetwise Pro records locally, then hands the audio to Meetwise over Bluetooth as soon as it is in range of your phone. Nothing is processed on the device itself.
After synchronization, device audio enters exactly the same processing queue as an upload from your browser. The same organization isolation, review steps, retention window and integration rules apply.
