Who can see what
People sign in with their work account through Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, so joiners and leavers follow your existing identity process. Owner, admin and member roles decide who can configure automation, who can read a recording and who can delete one.

Retention and deletion
Meetwise applies organization-wide retention periods by data class. Raw cloud audio has a fixed period, 90 days by default. Transcripts and complete meeting results can each use a fixed period or the contract term plus 30 days. When a meeting result expires, its actions and recording-derived organization knowledge are removed through the same durable deletion workflow. Encrypted backup copies expire under their separate documented schedules and limited content-free evidence may remain for its documented retention period.

Choose where AI processing runs for each organization. Your recordings, transcripts and summaries remain stored within the EU. With the European option, transcription and summarization are also processed within Europe.

Transcription runs on OpenAI and summarization on Anthropic. Voice-based speaker evaluation remains opt-in and review-controlled; it is not treated as automatic identity proof.
