Who can see what
People sign in with their work account through Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, so joiners and leavers follow your existing identity process. Owner, admin and member roles decide who can configure automation, who can read a recording and who can delete one.

Retention and deletion
You decide how long recordings are retained. Permanent deletion removes the audio, transcript, summary and action items. Only a technical audit record without meeting content is retained.

Choose where AI processing runs for each organization. Your recordings, transcripts and summaries remain stored within the EU. With the European option, transcription and summarization are also processed within Europe.

Transcription runs on OpenAI and summarization on Anthropic. Voice-based speaker evaluation remains opt-in and review-controlled; it is not treated as automatic identity proof.
